The N.B.A. is within the early phases of discussions with the Walt Disney Company to restart its season in late July on the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, a league spokesman mentioned Saturday.
The restart, in response to Mike Bass, the spokesman, can be on the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, which might act as “a single site for an N.BA. campus for games, practices and housing.”
“Our priority continues to be the health and safety of all involved, and we are working with public health experts and government officials on a comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure that appropriate medical protocols and protections are in place,” Bass mentioned in an announcement.
The league suspended its season on March 11 with a couple of month remaining earlier than the playoffs have been to start.
This is a creating story and will likely be up to date.
